An understudy tries to shoehorn his way into the spotlight, but his plan doesn’t go as expected! Tracy investigates a train wreck that leads him to part time sound effects specialist, part time gangster Tiger Lily! The discovery of a dead police officer throws Tracy right in the path of Pruneface! Another full year of action and excitement! Features a new cover by Stewart Kenneth Moore.
