Only the eldest daughter, Ling Hoi, managed to escape with the help of her artificially intelligent mechanical pet, I.i. Desperate, she seeks out her aunt, Wong Yam, at the Emei Mountain Spirit Power Academy and recruits her assistance in finding the rest of their family.
